It offers the charm and scenic beauty of Riverdale’s upscale neighborhood and a close proximity to Manhattan. Solaria’s concept is to offer the best of all worlds: high-end finishes and amenities, suburban-level home size, multiple expansive luxury baths, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, high ceilings, and an abundance of light in each home. We also designed the building specifically with families in mind, which led to the larger residences, more bathrooms, thicker walls to block sound, an indoor-outdoor playroom and the observatory.”
